Three-wheeled motorcycles should generally undergo secondary maintenance after driving 3000-6000 kilometers.
① Remove the carbon deposits on the cylinders, cylinder heads, pistons, piston rings and mufflers, and clean them with gasoline or kerosene.
② Clean the stolen goods in the gasoline tank, oil switch, carburetor, air filter, etc., and use compressed air to blow each channel to keep it unblocked.
③ Check the wear of the clutch friction plate and brake shoe, and adjust or replace it according to the range of wear.
④ Clean and check the steering column and front and rear shock absorbers, and add enough lubricating oil or grease as required.
⑤ Check whether the runout of the front and rear rims meets the requirements.
⑥ Add lubricating oil to the control cable of the whole vehicle, and adjust or replace it if necessary.
⑦ Check the lubricating oil quality of the engine and gearbox, and the wear of gears.
⑧ Clean the magneto; remove the starter for cleaning, and add grease to the bearings.
⑨ Check the lighting conditions of the lighting fixtures of the whole vehicle, and use a soft cloth or silk to wipe the dust on the headlight reflector and diffuser glass.
⑩ Tighten the bolts and nuts of all exposed parts of the vehicle.
⑪ Remove the battery for cleaning and maintenance.
⑫ Check and adjust the valve clearance.
